Mixing consoles question by Omar: Can you connect a bass amplifier to a mixing console?
I need to know we are fixing the live sound system in our church.

Hey, Omar,

If you're taking the OUTPUT of the Mixing Console and feeding the Bass Amp, then ABSOLUTELY.

If you're taking the OUTPUT of the AMP and feeding the Mixing Console, then maybe / probably.

Basically:
- If you're taking the OUTPUT of the AMP via the LINE OUT jack, then YES.
- If you're taking the OUTPUT of the AMP via the SPEAKER OUT jack, then NO!!!
- If you're taking the OUTPUT of the AMP via the HEADPHONE OUT jack, then NOT RECOMMENDED.
